Ted Caldwell, President and Founder, BRE #00387220. Has 40 years of experience in income property ventures. Over the years TCC has accumulated a diversified portfolio of properties, including senior apartments, student apartments, office and retail buildings, self-storage facilities, orchards, and an RV Resort. His two daughters are executives with the company and he is the proud Grandpa to eight grandkids. He enjoys golf, skiing and travel.
Shannon Davis, Vice President, MBA, BRE #01343419. Ted’s youngest daughter, has 12+ years of experience in real estate and multifamily housing. She oversees planning and organization, and specializes in single-family homes and senior housing. Shannon enjoys travel, gardening, and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
Lee Sayers, Chief Controller, has worked with TCC for almost 10 years. Born and educated in South Africa, Lee immigrated to the States 23 years ago. She loves tea, hiking, biking, skiing, travel, cooking and gardening and is immensely proud of her son, David, who resides in San Francisco.
Beverly Warner, Assistant Controller is responsible for accounts payable, receivables, and making the world go round! When not at the office you can find Bev at her ranch in Winters, CA working with her horses and playing with her granddaughters!
Mariel Rodriguez, Office Manager, has her certificate in residential property management and is in charge of Payroll and Human Resources. Mariel enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
